The Great Room
Between the Master Suites and Guest Room is the elegant Great Room with Living and Dining Areas, plus Kitchen.

The Great Room has a vaulted ceiling with custom glass doors that open to a stone veranda showcasing an expansive view of the Caribbean Sea and Dominican Rainforest.

The floor is a combination of Purpleheart and Greenheart woods from South America which are placed in a decorative diamond pattern and polished to a lustrous shine.

The Great Room is air conditioned with remote controlled thermostats and ceiling fans.

The Kitchen
The Kitchen has a vaulted ceiling and is well appointed with appliances including a dishwasher, sub-counter refrigerators/freezer, gas stove with glass cover, gas oven, stainless steel sink and chopping block. Numerous cabinets and drawers provide ample storage. A bar with seating for four overlooks the Great Room.

The Kitchen is air conditioned with remote controlled thermostats and ceiling fan, and is wired for 220 volts.

The vaulted ceiling was designed with a nautical theme in mind, in an effort to resemble the framework of an inverted ship's prow.

The custom skylight can be opened and closed via remote control.
