The blog of the 30-something fag- October Edition

Foxed again
Right wing network knows their readers don't read beyond the headlines.
After the Bush/Kerry debate #2 the other night, Bang and I logged onto the network websites to enter the polls, and see if it went the way we felt it did.
Both Bang and I felt Kerry kicked ass with facts, integrity, and real plans for the office.
Bush seemed to only give us fuzzy-talk and a lot of excuses.
On the foxnews.com site (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,134525,00.html) the headlines read "10/05/04 Poll: Bush Keeps Edge"
but just a few lines into the article, the view takes an incredible 90 degree turn, stating
". . .by more than four-to-one, debate watchers believe Kerry won (66 percent to 15 percent), with 15 percent saying it was a tie."
At what part of that percent was the edge?
Fox news completely contradicted themselves in their own article, I believe, because they know many people will only read the headlines.
